El amontillado viejo es la máxima expresión de lo simple, un vino austero donde todo tiene sentido, donde no sobra ni una letra. 30 años de viaje para terminar siendo una rareza a nivel mundial. En Barbadillo se cuidan con mimo. No en vano estamos en Sanlúcar y los grandes amontillados siempre han sido de aquí. Un amontillado de manzanilla es algo especial.
